I believe there is something of the divine mystery in everything that exist. We can see it sparkle in a sunflower or a poppy. We can sense more of the unfathomable mystery in a butterfly that flutters from a twig-or in a goldfish swimming in a bowl. But we are closest to God in our own soul. Only there can we become one with the greatest mystery of life. In truth, at very rare moments we can experience that we ourselves are that divine mystery…

You know what it’s like getting up every morning feeling hopeless?
Feeling like the love of your life is waking up with the wrong man?
But at the same time, hoping that she still finds happiness even if it’s never gonna be with you?

So, what is moral fiber? It’s funny, I used to think it was always telling the truth, doing good deeds, basically being a fucking boy scout. But lately I’ve been seeing it differently. Now moral fiber’s about finding that one thing you really care about. That one special thing that means more to you than anything else in the world. And when you find her. You risk it all, you put her in front if everything, your life, all of it. And maybe the stuff you do to help her isn’t so clean. You know what, it doesn’t matter. Because in your heart you know, that the juice is worth the squeeze. That’s moral fiber.

One important thing is not to be bitter over life difficulties. Learn to let go of the past & recognize that everyday won’t be sunny. When you find yourself lost in darkness & despair, remember -it’s only in the black of night that you can see the stars & those stars will lead you back home. So don’t be afraid to make mistakes, to stumble, to fall. Because most of the time, the greatest rewards comes from doing things that scare you the most.

I always look at it like, give me another chance! I can make something out of it,  God gave me the chance and I made something out of it.

I may have/had share of problems on-court and off-court, but I’m also a man  whose been to the trenches, and come away wiser and stronger.
